Research on the construction of prefabricated building supply chain information management platform based on BIM technology
With the rapid development of China’s overall economic construction, it plays a good role in promoting the construction industry. As a new construction production model, prefabricated building has the advantages of high efficiency, convenience and low cost, which can make up for the development disadvantages of the traditional construction industry. At the same time, prefabricated buildings can reduce environmental pollution and have a broad space for development. However, the supply chain information management demand of prefabricated buildings is high, which puts forward high requirements for the information management level of construction enterprises, and the quality of information control can be effectively improved with the help of BIM technology. Based on this, the article studies the information management of prefabricated building supply chain, firstly expounds BIM technical advantages, introduces the characteristics of prefabricated building supply chain. Secondly, it points out the construction points of information management platform, and finally puts forward corresponding safeguard measures, hoping to provide reference and reference for practitioners. The development of prefabricated buildings is an inevitable trend leading the transformation of the construction industry. However, the construction organization and management of prefabricated buildings are different from traditional buildings, and there is a large gap, which makes it difficult to give full play to the advantages of prefabricated buildings and seriously restricts its rapid development.
