Research on the Influence of Urban rail transit on office Rent
The construction and operation of urban rail transit will have an impact on the surrounding land use, thus affecting the development of urban real estate. Office building is the pillar industry of the real estate industry, therefore it is of practical significance to study the impact of urban rail transit on office rent. Using the Hedonic price model, this paper conducts an empirical study on the influence of office rents along Nanjing Metro Line 2. The results show that the impact of subway on office rents is not significant, which is due to the agglomeration effect of urban CBD and the stable operation of metro Line 2.
