Closed loop Design of Urban Building Energy Conservation
In order to improve the energy-saving effect of urban buildings, a basic closed-loop design concept is proposed in this paper. Based on the concept of closed-loop design, whole process of building construction is considered, such as architectural design, construction, materials, electrical, heating and ventilation, renovation. From the actual test of 500 sets of energy-saving buildings in a city, it can be concluded that Energy saving in the design stage reaches 2.3%; energy saving in the construction stage is 5.4%; energy saving in the HVAC stage is 4.8%; energy saving in the power supply and distribution stage is 2.2%;energy savingin lighting is 9.5%;energy savingin decoration is 1.1%;energy saving in external wall insulation is 1.3%. In total, 26.6% energy can be saved. From the empirical analysis, it can be concluded thatenergy saving of green buildings considering energy saving in all aspects can be concluded as follows. The effect of building energy conservation has been significantly improved, which can meet the comprehensive requirements of green building energy conservation in modern smart cities.
