Urban Living Labs and Critical Infrastructure
The public policy wicked problems resulting from climate change have been one of the biggest challenges for cities worldwide. These challenges are more substancostly for low-income territories, given tence of greater social and economic vulnerability. Among the existing tools, has paper highlights the role played by ULL that have been discussed in the literature as a booster of urban resilithe ence in a more sustainable direction. In this sense, main target of this paper is to analyze ULL, considering them as strategic institutional arrangements that seek resilience for the urban critical infrastructure challenges of climate change. This is a strategy initiated in developed countries, so we can ask: how are developing countries adapting this strategy to mitigate the problems of climate producing public innovation policies, then ULL's explicitly of production of public innovation policies, then we reviewed ULL previous literature, explicitly looking for themes and cities with ULL projects.
