A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Aiming at the actual demand of BIM application in project management, this paper proposes an overall implementation scheme of BIM project supervision system based on cloud platform. Combined with the demand analysis of BIM Technology in engineering management and control in practical work, this paper focuses on the analysis and improvement of the progress management and early warning of engineering project, as well as the supervision and audit function, and provides the implementation method of corresponding modules. Then the 4D construction management system and project integrated management framework are established by visualization technology, and the application effect of the improved scheme is tested by an example in the actual project. The test results show that the system improves the efficiency of construction project schedule management and the degree of data sharing, and provides a new technical method and software system for the application of BIM in project management
