Analysis on Stress Characteristics of Arch of Underground Excavation Station in New Botanical Garden Station
The monitoring of the stress of the buckle arch steel bar, the pressure of the vault and the concrete strain of the vault were carried out in the new Botanical Garden Station of Xi'an Metro Line 8. The monitoring scheme design is introduced. The monitoring results from the construction stage of the primary support buckle arch to the construction stage of the secondary lining buckle arch are analyzed. The stress characteristics of the buckle arch structure are obtained. The overall steel bar stress of the buckle arch vault and the arch foot shows an increasing trend. The pressure at the vault is transmitted downward along the grille rigid frame to the arch foot, so the steel bar stress at the arch foot is greater than that at the vault. The concrete strain law is similar to the change law of the vault pressure.
