Quality Inspection Method of Building Material Concrete Based on Ultrasonic Tomography
With the development of economy, construction projects are also increasing. As an important material, concrete quality inspection is a key link to ensure engineering construction. At present, many accidents have been caused by the imperfect construction material quality inspection methods, low standards and human factors for engineering projects in China, so how to effectively improve the quality control of building materials and concrete using ultrasonic tomography technology has a very far-reaching and important significance. This paper mainly analyzes the quality inspection method of building material concrete based on ultrasonic tomography technology. This paper first describes the overview and basic principle of this method, then introduces the commonly used traditional construction technology and process and discusses them in detail with examples, and finally compares the experimental results of the application of multi-level feature extraction method in the actual situation of the building site. The experimental results show that the quality inspection performance of building materials and concrete based on ultrasonic tomography technology normally tends to average up and down close to 350, and the anomaly tends to average up and down close to 300, and it is observed that the error value is very small, which can meet the basic needs of users.
