The intelligent construction management system based on BIM realizes the efficient planning, design and construction of prefabricated building. It allows for accurate cost estimation, material procurement, scheduling, and quality control. The system also provides real-time monitoring of project progress and helps identify potential issues before they become significant. The application of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated building has also strengthened the cooperation between different stakeholders in the project. Architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers can work seamlessly together to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
