The Evaluation of Building Energy-Efficiency Renovation of Existing Building in Northern Heating Areas Based on WSR Approach
Building energy-efficiency renovation (BEER) of Existing Building is one of the main methods for Energy Efficiency, and this paper establishes evaluation index system for the energy-efficiency renovation in the heating of the north for this. This paper introduces the BEER system of Existing Building in northern heating areas, energy technology system for energy-efficiency renovation, the stakeholders of building energy-efficiency renovation, Laws and Policies. Using the WSR (Wuli-Shili-Renli) approach, this paper analyses the "Wuli", "Shili", and "Renli" of energy-efficiency renovation, including the renovation demand, renovation method, and these mutual relationships between stakeholders. Establishes evaluation index system and then describe and understand the evaluation index system using qualitative and quantitative method. This evaluation system has advantages to rank the completed BEER project and provide reference and formulation for the future.
