An Ultra-Wide Band System with Chirp Spread Spectrum Transmission Technique
We consider a wireless Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) communication system using chirp spread spectrum (CSS) transmission technique. A system with high order modulation CSS technique is proposed. Our proposed system has inherited the advantages of CSS technique and common spread spectrum systems. It is immune to Doppler frequency offset and able to increase bit rate by the overlap technique. Existing CSS systems suffer intersymbol interference and high envelope variation caused by the overlap technique seriously while our proposed approach is able to overcome the above disadvantages without loss of the bit rate.
