Generalized Orthogonal Pre-rake Diversity with Fore-partial Combining
Pre-rake technique is mainly adopted in time-division duplexing (TDD) direct sequence code-division multiple access (DS-CDMA) system to provide multipath diversity. In this paper, fore-partial combining scheme is applied to TDD/DS-CDMA system employing pre-rake technique with Generalized Orthogonal (GO) codes to reduce the self and multi-access interference. Theoretical analysis indicates that, compared with the existing scheme, the proposed scheme has better performance, while keeping the complexity of the transmitter and receiver low.
