Micromagnetic simulations on current-driven domain depinning
The magnetic domain wall depinning driven by a spin transfer torque were calculated with exact current density distribution which considered the notch in the nanowire. The critical current and the critical field for domain wall depinning were calculated with exact current distribution considering notch and uniform current distribution. At a low external field, the critical current of exact current distribution is smaller by ∼ 0.2 mA than that of uniform current distribution.
