Deep Learning for Flood Prediction: Identifying Vulnerable Zones and Assessing Infrastructure-Induced Risks
Many nations were still devastated by floods and similar disasters in recent years. Low-level residents and those near water resources like lakes, dams, rivers, and reservoirs are hardest impacted by floods every year. Improper planning in building and public construction (sewage or drainage systems) causes it. Floods are caused by excessive rain, thus these two causes are the most essential. Today, even mild rainfall causes flooding since there is no drainage or coastal area. This study seeks to identify flood-prone locations. It also gives information and determines flood damage risk.
