Research on Stress Monitoring and Early Warning of Super High-Rise Jacking Formwork Platform
The MCGS configuration software is used to design a monitoring and early warning system to investigate the stress status of a super high-rise jack up formwork platform in order to effectively prevent super high-rise construction safety mishaps. The hierarchical early warning approach is used to set the early warning threshold in conjunction with the stress state, taking into account the change in the early warning value produced by the change in the stress state of the components during the construction process. In order to lower the safety risk associated with the construction of ultra high-rise buildings, the monitoring data are compared with those from the finite element analysis. The findings indicate that the first span of the main truss has a certain amount of safety redundancy, the average stress value is around 80% of the calculated stress value, and the maximum and lowest values of each monitoring point are well below the first level warning range. The system's early warning threshold range is used correctly and effectively, and it can serve as a guide for other jacking formwork platforms' safety monitoring and early warning.
