Engineering Finishing Schools- A Need for Employability Skills Development
The Role of engineers in the society is vital for sustainable development and thus engineering education is important to build future engineers to take care of future sustainable societies. Most of the developing countries in Asia including Indian subcontinent and GCC countries are aiming to produce plenty of engineers but facing the issue of unemployability. The current study is focused on issues affecting employability and the need for a separate finishing school.
