Spatial Model of TOD in JMR's Master Plan
Jakarta Metropolitan Region (JMR) is the busiest region as the economic and government center of Indonesian country. Various problems of urban transportation and sustainable development occurred in this region, especially congestion and urban sprawl. To overcome those problems, this study carried out the development of TOD based on typology applied to the railway network. The method used is actual and potential TOD based spatial analysis to produce an integrated TOD system. The results showed that there were differences in typology from each station in urban, suburban and regional TOD, Therefore, it needed the policy from stakeholders to encourage improving the master plan in a more sustainable pattern.
