Neighborhood Rehabilitation Study - Greater San Francisco Chamber of Commerce
The study examines an 8-block central city area in terms of existing building, parcel, and black conditions and pertinent building codes. Recommendations are offered in terms of traffic, parking and railroad tracks and basic and service used for rehabilitated and industrial and commercial buildings. There are also recommendations for general improvements such as replacement of sidewalks and curbs, landscaping, street lighting and street furniture.
