The report projects future land needs for the planning area based on identified land use patterns, trends and acreage quantities. It also proposes specific development scheme for residential, industrial commercial and public land development through 1990. Legal tools are proposed for assistance in plan implementation. An inventory and evaluation of community services and facilities in the planning area are provided. Existing levels of service are compared to applicable state and national standards and deficiencies pointed out. Remedial action is recommended where appropriate. Future service needs are projected through 1990 and action necessary to maintain service at acceptable levels is proposed. Immediate and future governmental policy changes are recommended in detail where appropriate. (Author)
