Army Airfield Pavement Evaluation: Lawson Army Airfield, Fort Benning, Georgia
The Lawson Army Airfield facilities consisted of three runways, two parking aprons for fixed-wing aircraft, a parking area for helicopters, and numerous connecting taxiways. The pavement types and thicknesses and approximate date of construction of the individual Lawson AAF pavement facilities are given.
