A film strip has been made to inform of winter building in Sweden. Winter building increases the building costs as covering, insulation and heating have to be provided. Moreover costs for snow removal and other disturbances that cannot be fully prevented are to be added. In spite of this the total costs are lower if building is carried out all the year round.
