Supplementary Technical Support Document, In Support of Proposed Modifications to Interim Energy Conservation Standards for New Federal Residential Buildings
Pacific Northwest Laboratory is conducting research to expand and improve the interim energy standards for Federal residential buildings. This consists primarily of the development of data for thermal mass walls and the creation of new window data, including low-emissivity (low-E) glazing. These new data are incorporated in Version 3 of the software COSTSAFR. For complete details on the technical approach used in development of the standards, see the Technical Support Document; In Support of Proposed Interim Energy Conservation Standards for New Federal Residential Buildings, July 1986. 3 refs., 3 tabs. (ERA citation 14:003080)
