Investigation of the Effectiveness of Current Provisions for Ventilation of Cavities (Wall, Floor, Roof) in Housing. Annex C, Measurement of Cavity Airflow Rates
The Department of Building Engineering at UMIST has been commissioned by the Timber Research and Development Association (TRADA) to carry out a program of investigations into ventilation rates and air movement patterns in timber frame cavities. The report describes the results obtained during such an investigation carried out upon a gable end wall cavity in a timber framed test house on the TRADA site. (Copyright (c) TRADA 1990.)
