Union City Sketch Community Plan
The purpose of this Plan is to provide the official governing authority with a guide for the general location of projected land uses and the future development of transportation, utilities and community facilities. This plan recommends various methods of implementation and will be utilized to revise the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations in order to encourage orderly growth and development in the Union City area. This plan utilizes data obtained in field surveys and from previously prepared plans and proposals and other planning-related documents. Based on these sources, appropriate analyses and projections were made. The Plan is presented in the form of a report document with accompanying maps.
