Based on studies completed to the date of this report, more detailed studies are required to firmly establish cost estimates, environmental effects, and the construction scheduling necessary to insure the work can be completed in the proposed two year construction period without delaying navigation. This appendix covers: environmental quality design; mechanical investigations; electrical features; the central control station and access bridge; coordination with other agencies, and a recreation user survey.
