Archeological Survey Report: Johnstown Flood, Unger House and Vicinity, National Memorial, Pennsylvania
The current report is a compilation of archeological studies which were performed at or within the general vicinity of the Unger House. These investigations were performed in 1984, 1985, 1987, and 1988 by teams from The American University Cooperative Park Studies Unit for Archeology. The studies range from archeological monitoring of construction activities to shovel-test-pit surveys to more extensive archeological excavations. The data which were derived focus primarily upon architectural information.
