The dam is an earth embankment with a concrete core wall. The dam is about 612 ft. long and 35 ft. high. The dam is small in size with a significant hazard potential. Overtopping could result in the failure of this earth embankment. The dam is judged to be in good condition, but several deficiencies need attention.
