In-System Storage Controls for Reduction of Combined Sewer Overflow, Saginaw, Michigan. Technical Report
The implemented control program entailed modification of 12 combined sewer regulation chambers together with construction of one new inline control chamber to maximize transient system storage of wet weather combined sewerage for later bleedback to a well-operated AWT/WWTP having phosphorus removal and ample treatment capacity.
