Earl Reservoir Dam is located in the Town of Woodbury, Orange County, New York, on an unnamed tributary of Woodbury Creek. The Dam was originally used for water supply but now is used for recreational purposes by the Town of Woodbury. Visual inspection revealed several deficiencies in this structure.
