A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
This document serves as a supplement to the original geologic and geotechnical abutment stability studies conducted during the Modification Decision Analysis. In addition to re-analyzing the critical wedge in the lower right abutment, two other wedges higher up on this abutment were analyzed as well. The interpretation of the results of these stability analyses provide the background and support for the proposed phased abutment stabilization strategy described in the Corrective Action Alternatives (CAA) Decision Memorandum.
