Housing GAP Quantification: A Methodology
The study is one of a series on housing in the metropolitan Washington area. A previous report outlined the basic ingredients and dimensions of the existing housing problem. As a follow-up to that report, this study is intended to quantify demand for housing. It will illustrate the metropolitan nature of the problem as well as describe the components of the disparity between supply and demand. The data will be used as background material for a study of low and middle income housing opportunities and to formulate a metropolitan housing plan and program. (Author)
