Subgrade Moisture Variations. Summary of Collected Data
All data collected at the 52 field test sites installed during the conduct of research operations between June, 1966 and June, 1970 are presented. Procedures for data collection, reduction display, and evaluation are described and discussed but no evaluation or correlation of collected data is attempted. Data presented include measured moisture conditions, soil densities, soil profiles, temperature and precipitation records, site descriptions, roadway sections, pavement condition ratings, and traffic counts at each test site, as well as subgrade temperatures and pavement heave/settlement at several of the test sites.
