Irrigation Facility Sizing Criteria Review, Volume 1: Evaluation of System Sizing Criteria
The objective of this study was to review the methods, presently used by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation to estimate the water requirements for irrigation projects. A review of the water requirement determination procedure and the application of the results in the design process was needed to ensure that project irrigation delivery facilities are properly sized. This study focused on water requirements during the peak period.
