A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The purpose of this paper is to: give facility owners and understanding of the causes, characteristics, and consequences of construction delay, and offer advice to owners on how to minimize delay and how to minimize delay damages assessed against them. Delays to construction projects have become so prevalent that some consider them a way of life. Delay costs are one of the most significant factors in constructing claims.
