Philadelphia'S Skid Row. A Demonstration in Human Renewal
The present report describes the activities of the first sixteen months of operation of the Diagnostic and Relocation Center. This, as well as the more detailed technical report currently being prepared, can be considered tributes to the cooperation of public, private and university interests. For, with the teaming of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, the Greater Philadelphia Movement, and Temple University, all segments of community life are represented in a project of deep civic concern.
