It is proposed to construct a Federal Office Building, with airconditioning, to accommodate approximately 965 employees and a separate Parking Facility to provide approximately 500 spaces for Government-owned, visitor and employee vehicles. The buildings will contain a total of approximately 388,000 square feet of space and will require a site range from a minimum size of 60,000 square feet to a maximum size of 110,000 square feet. Environmental impacts are discussed.
