This report was prepared in accordance with Sections 808(e)(2) and (6) of the Fair Housing Act and Section 561(j) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987. These statutory mandates require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to report annually to Congress on several aspects of HUDs work in fair housing. This report provides information on the foregoing activities for the period beginning October 1, 2006, and ending September 30, 2007.
