Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site - Cultural Resources
The study consists of three sections--archeological, architectural, and historic resources. The Archeology section is brief and identifies the settings, the surface, and the periods of use of the site as well as the methods used in the identification process. The Architectural section breaks down the site's layout by rooms and facades. The author provides descriptions of the materials used and the design of the elements within the rooms or areas such as the courtyard. The Historic section discusses the life of Eugene O'Neill before and after his occupancy of the Tao House.
