Cultural Landscape Report for John Muir National Historic Site. Volume 2: Treatment
The Cultural Landscape Report (CLR) for the John Muir National Historic Site (NHS) includes a site history, existing conditions assessment, analysis of significance and integrity, and treatment recommendations to guide management of the park's cultural landscape. This report represents the second volume of the CLR and is based on the findings of the first report (Volume 1: Site History, Existing Conditions, and Analysis). The treatment plan is intended to direct physical work of the landscape so that the distinguishing characteristics and features that contribute to the significance of the property are preserved.
