The study of planned industrial parks in the Boston area shows the best socio-economic results. Industrial plants were situated within a 25 mile radius of Boston; access provided by the turnpikes and highway in the area. Four types of parks were discussed using case studies: Railroad Parks, Research Development Organization, Community Parks and Municipal Parks.
