The housing study consists of an analysis of low income housing needs in Greeneville and an evaluation of efforts to overcome these problems. The study was divided into five sections. First, a description of the town and housing overview was presented. Second, the components of housing demand were identified and their relationship to Greeneville evaluated. Third, current housing supply and market conditions were described. Fourth, low income housing needs were identified. Finally, recommendations were made based on information presented in the above four sections.
