The report is a housing strategy study. The purpose of this study is to: Forecast housing demand in the Greenville-Pickens metropolitan region between January, 1968 and January, 1985; Analyze the housing supply and demand to determine areas which are deficient; Develop a descriptive model of the local building industry which could be used to identify possible areas of deficiencies; and Translate the deficiencies identified into positive actions or strategies which could be implemented by local public and/or private organizations.
