The plan is a review of the existing structure of criminal justice programs in the ten counties of Alexander, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Perry, Pulaski, Union, and Williamson and a review of the status of these programs in relationship to emerging national, state, and regional changes in the criminal justice system. The plan also projects possible solutions to some of the criminal justice needs within the area. (Author)
