Report on the Urban Observatory Citizen Attitude Survey of the Two Kansas Cities
The report surveys citizen attitudes about local government activities in Kansas City, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri. The major portion of the survey was conducted as part of a national Urban Observatory study comparing attitudes in ten cities. The Kansas City survey included a local supplement asking questions about health care needs, model cities programs, and ways to improve communications between local governments and their citizens.
