Cost Effective Methods to Upgrade Unpaved Roads. Phase 1. Construction Report, FY 1990-1991 Project Sites
The objective of this Demonstration Project is to evaluate the cost-effectiveness and performance of various experimental treatment methods selected to upgrade designated unpaved roads and to compare the results of the evaluation against a bituminous surface treatment application that was used as the control treatment on rural roadway facilities which have been graded and recompacted.
