Study of Cement-Aggregate Reaction Using Nebraska Aggregates and Portland Cements with Varying Equivalent Alkali Contents
Specific objective of the research project was to study specific Nebraska Department of Roads concrete mixes and variations thereof, with aggregates from various locations across the state and cements with varying equivalent alkali contents and to rate them according to their durability. Specimens were prepared with the given materials and subjected to wetting-drying and freezing-thawing tests.
