A three-part compilation of the critical reviews of the literature on warm mix asphalt technologies conducted in NCHRP Projects 9-47, 9-47A, 9-49, 9-49A, and 9-53 is available here: Part I; Part II; and Part III. Information on a core set of WMA specimen conditioning procedures and test methods proposed for common use, insofar as possible.
