A Swedish Group Solar Heating Plant with Seasonal Storage: Technical-Economic Description of the Lambohov Project
The group solar heating plant described in this report has been built to provide 55 terraced houses in Lambohov with energy for space heating and the production of domestic hot water. Solar collectors mounted on the roofs of the houses supply hot water to an excavated water store blasted into the bedrock. The solar collectors pick up energy from February to October. The solar energy collected suffices to meet about 88-95% of the annual energy requirements.
