Regional Housing Study for Lake Champlain-Lake George Region
This study describes the housing problem confronting the lower income families of the region. In order to identify the particular problems, nine communities were examined in regards to: Housing Inventory and Composition; Cost of Housing and Vacancy Rate; Income; Income Versus Cost of Housing. The report includes findings, constraints to low and moderate income housing as well as housing needs. An implementation program will be developed based on this report.
