A Generalized Land Use Plan, the Greater Clemson Area, South Carolina
The report consists of an analysis of significant economic, sociological, and physical forces in the Greater Clemson area and the development of a generalized land use plan for this area. Using data generated by other studies of the area, projections of land use were planned to accommodate the growth of the area and at the same time to minimize undesirable features of such growth. Guide lines are therefore established for future translation of the generalized land use plan into specific objectives by the appropriate local, state, and federal authorities. (Author)
