The proposed project is located in Montgomery County and consists of improving the present two lane facility to a four lane facility with provisions for protected turning lanes. The proposed project begins at Vaughn Road (Alabama State Highway 110) and extends approximately 2.26 miles north to the Atlanta Highway (U.S. 80 East). Environmental impacts are: Acquisition of property for right-of-way; and improved traffic conditions.
